西番莲叶多糖提取工艺的优化及其体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:13

Study on Optimization of Extraction Process of Polysaccharides from Passiflora edulis L.Leaves and Their Antioxidant Activity in Vitro

摘要 采用微波辅助水提西番莲叶多糖,在单因素料液比、微波功率及提取时间的基础上,结合响应面优化西番莲叶多糖的提取工艺,并分析其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,西番莲叶多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶20(g/mL),提取功率495 W,提取时间3 min,多糖提取率为11.24%±0.50%,与模型预测值相符。西番莲叶多糖浓度为1.0 mg/mL时,其DPPH·清除率、还原性能力、·OH清除率以及超氧阴离子自由基清除率分别为88.79%、0.567、42.58%和12.31%。 The microwave-assisted water extraction method is used to extract polysaccharides from Passiflora edulis leaves.Based on single factor such as the solid-liquid ratio,the microwave power and the extraction time,the extraction process of polysaccharides from Passiflora edulis leaves is optimized combined with response surface method,and their antioxidant activity in vitro is analyzed.The results show that the optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Passiflora edulis leaves are as follows:the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶20(g/mL),the extraction power is 495 W,the extraction time is 3 min,the extraction rate of polysaccharides is 11.24%±0.50%,which is consistent with the predicted value of the model.When the content of polysaccharides is 1.0 mg/mL,the DPPH·scavenging rate,reducing ability,·OH scavenging rate and superoxide anion free radical scavenging rate of polysaccharides from Passiflora edulis leaves is 88.79%,0.567,42.58%and 12.31%respectively.
