酶处理棕榈粕对肉鸡生长性能、绒毛高度和消化道内容物黏度的影响 被引量:6

Effects of enzymatic treatment of palm meal on growth performance,villi height and viscosity of digestive tract contents of broilers

摘要 本研究评估了外源酶预处理棕榈粕对肉鸡生长性能、绒毛形态及消化道内容物黏度的影响。将225只1日龄的肉鸡随机分为9组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只鸡。在1~10 d时,所有鸡饲喂相同的商品饲料,11~21 d时在日粮分别添加0%、5%的酶处理或未处理的棕榈粕,22~42 d时日粮分别添加0%、20%和30%酶处理或未处理棕榈粕。结果表明,酶处理使棕榈粕的半纤维素含量和纤维素含量分别降低26.26%和32.62%(P<0.05)。不同日粮处理对11~21 d肉鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05),但无棕榈粕的日粮组较其他组显著提高了肉鸡平均日增重(P<0.05),同时20%较30%棕榈粕日粮组显著提高了肉鸡平均日增重。对照组肉鸡料重比最低,且与20%棕榈粕组无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著低于30%棕榈粕日粮组(P<0.05)。除十二指肠隐窝深度外,各处理间肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮添加酶处理棕榈粕较无酶处理棕榈粕组显著提高了绒毛高度和隐窝深度(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮中棕榈粕添加水平为5~20%时对肉鸡生长性能无负面影响。 This study evaluated the effects of exogenous enzyme pretreatment with palm meal expander on growth performance,villi morphology and viscosity of digestive tract contents in broilers.Broilers with 225 value of 1 d were randomly divided into 9 groups with 5 replicates for each group and 5 chickens for each replicate.At 1~10 d,all chickens were fed the same commercial feed,with 0%and 5%enzyme^treated or untreated palm meal added to the 11~21 d diet,and 0%,20%and 30%enzyme^treated or untreated palm meal added to the 22~42 d diet,respectively.The results showed that the hemicellulose content and cellulose content of palm meal decreased by 26.26%and 32.62%respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effects of different diet treatments on the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed-to-feed ratio of 11~21d broilers(P>0.05),but the average daily gain of broilers in the diet group without palm meal was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of broilers was significantly higher in the 20%compared with 30%palm meal diet group.The ratio of broiler to weight in the control group was the lowest and showed no significant difference from the 20%palm meal group(P>0.05),but significantly lower than that in the 30%palm meal diet group(P<0.05).Except for the depth of the duodenal recess,there was no significant difference in the height of villi and the depth of recess between treatments(P>0.05).Compared with the non-enzyme-treated palm meal group,the addition of enzymes to the diet significantly increased the height of villi and the depth of recess(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of this experiment,the addition of palm meal in the diet at 5%~20%had no negative effect on the growth performance of broilers.
