摘要
针对现有链齿式残膜回收机捡膜效果不好、回收效率不高的问题,设计一种可实现田间松土、捡膜、残膜输送以及自动卸膜的新型链齿式残膜回收机。介绍新型链齿式回收机的结构及工作原理,分析捡膜机构齿尖的运动轨迹以及主要技术参数,通过理论计算,弹齿的最大入土深度为100 mm,弹齿的入土倾角为18°~25°。设计卸膜机构的结构,将刮膜板端部向后折弯,经试验,刮膜板弯曲角度θ为155°~170°、刮膜板缝隙的开口角度为20°~25°时,卸膜效果最佳。样机试验结果表明:当输膜板倾角为55°、轮速比为2.5、回收机作业速度为5 km/h时,残膜回收率为89.5%,满足残膜回收机的设计要求。
Aiming at the problems of the existing chain-tooth residual film recycling machine,such as poor film collecting effect and low recovery efficiency,a new chain-tooth residual film recycling machine is designed,which can realize soil loosening,film picking,film conveying and automatic film unloading in the field.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the new chain-and-tooth recycling machine,analyzes the movement track and main technical parameters of the tooth tip of the film picking mechanism.According to theoretical calculation,the maximum penetration depth of the elastic tooth is 100 mm,and the penetration Angle of the elastic tooth is 18°~25°.Design the structure of the film unloading mechanism,and bend the end of the scraper backward.According to the test,when the bending Angle of the scraper plate is 155°~170°and the opening Angle of the gap of the scraper plate is 20°~25°,the unloading effect is the best.The results of prototype test show that the recovery rate of residual film is 89.5%when the dip Angle of the membrane transport plate is 55°,the wheel speed ratio is 2.5 and the working speed of the recovery machine is 5 km/h,which meets the design requirements of the residual film recovery machine.
