摘要
目的:探讨替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗社区高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治社区高血压患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用替米沙坦治疗;观察组采用替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦合并氢氯噻嗪治疗社区高血压的效果显著,能够维持患者血压稳定,且药物安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of telmisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of community hypertension.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,86 patients with community hypertensive were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with telmisartan.The observation group was treated with telmisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telmisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of community hypertension has significant effect,which can maintain the stable blood pressure of patients,and the drug safety is high.
