总结了铝合金汽车覆盖件模具冲裁过程常见的铝屑形式,对光亮带形成机理进行阐述,分析了光亮带产生的原因。根据冲裁工艺特点确定关键工艺参数,建立了铝合金板冲裁工艺过程的有限元模型。通过设计正交试验,分析了关键工艺参数对光亮带占断面比例影响的显著性顺序。分析了单工艺参数对光亮带占比的影响情况。为铝合金汽车覆盖件模具的生产和调试解决冲裁铝屑问题提供了理论依据。
Summariz the common forms of aluminum chips in ctting process of aluminum alloy automobile panels.Describe the forming mechanism of burnish zone,and analyze the reason for the formation of burnish zone.According to the characteristics of cutting process,determine key process parameters and establish the finite element model for the cutting process of aluminum alloy panel.Analyze the sequence of significance for the influence of the key process parameters on the burnish zone by designing orthogonal test.Analyze the influence of single process parameters on the burnish zone.Prov ides theoretical basis for dealing with problem of aluminum chips in the production and tryout process of the aluminum alloy automobile panels.
