摘要 燃煤机组能耗量化分析系统可根据机组运行主要参数实时计算出入炉煤的元素分析和热值等数据,从而实现锅炉热效率、汽轮机热耗率、厂用电率、热电比、机组发电煤耗、供电煤耗和供热煤耗等经济指标的在线监测。该系统不仅可以定量分析当前机组运行状况下影响能耗的主要因素及其影响幅度,而且能够实现机组主要经济指标的自动寻优,自动记录该负荷段下历史最低能耗工况的各项运行参数,并与当前值进行比较和分析,为机组经济运行和设备检修提供指导,为电厂进行节能技改提供依据。 Quantitative analysis system for coal-fired unit energy consumption based on the main parameters of the unit operation,real-time calculation of element analysis and calorific value of coal entering the furnace,it achieves boiler thermal efficiency,steam turbine heat consumption rate,auxiliary power consumption rate,thermoelectric ratio,unit coal consumption,online monitoring of economic indicators such as coal consumption and heating coal consumption.The system can not only quantitatively analyze the main factors affecting the energy consumption and the impact range under the current unit operating conditions,but also can realize automatic optimization of the main economic indicators of the unit and automatically record the operations of the historical lowest energy consumption conditions under the load section.The parameters are compared and analyzed with the current value,which provide guidance for the economic operation of the unit and equipment maintenance.It provides a basis for the energy-saving technical transformation of the power plant.
