摘要
目的:为了能够客观判断翻身频次,降低压力性损伤发生率,研制一种体位检测装置。方法:体位检测装置由扫描式位置传感器、控制单元、无线传输单元和警示单元组成。扫描式位置传感器采用矩阵键盘扫描电路,将键盘制成圆球形状,利用重物按压键盘的按键,当患者体位改变时重物随之移动改变按压的按键位置,通过检测被按压的按键来获知患者的体位信息。控制单元通过无线传输单元将体位信息发送到位于护士站的集中监视器。当患者体位长时间不变化时,按压按键也随之固定,控制单元驱动警示单元启动报警,提醒护士为患者翻身。结果:该装置可以准确、客观地记录患者的身体受压信息并将其传输至护士站的监控设备,能够为护士判断患者是否需要翻身提供客观依据,避免了不必要的搬动患者,实现了个性化的翻身计划,节约了人力资源,降低了压力性损伤发生率。结论:体位检测装置具有压力识别、信息传输及预警功能,使用简单安全、可接受性高,能够满足患者实际需要和临床需求。
Objective To develop a body posture detection device to objectively determine the frequency of turning over and reduce the incidence of stress injuries.Methods The body position detection device was composed of a scanning position sensor,a control unit,a wireless transmission unit and a warning unit.The scanning position sensor adopted a matrix keyboard scanning circuit,the keyboard was made into a spherical shape,and the keys of the keyboard were pressed with a weight.When the patient's body position changed,the weight moved and changed the pressed position,thereby the patient's position status information could be obtained.The control unit sent the position information to the centralized monitor located at the nurse station through the wireless transmission unit.When the patient's posture did not change for a long time,the button was also be fixed,and the control unit drove the warning unit to start an alarm to remind the nurse to turn over the patient.Results The device accurately and objectively recorded the patient's body pressure information and transmitted it to the monitoring equipment at the nurse's station,which provided an objective basis for the nurse to determine whether the patient needed to be turned over,avoiding unnecessary moving of the patient,realizing personalized turning plans,saving human resources and reducing the incidence of pressure injuries.Conclusion The device can be used for pressure detection,information transmission and early warning,gains convenience and safety,and meets the requirements of the patient and clinical service.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2020,41(10):105-108].
