摘要 为探讨织物组织结构对导电面料电学性能及服用性能的影响,以锦纶镀银导电丝和涤纶长丝为经纬纱,用半自动织样机设备,制织了密度形同,浮长为常量和变量的两大类织物,其组织分别为平纹、一上三下斜纹、缎纹、蜂巢组织和透孔组织。利用数字万用表、电子织物强力机、织物起毛起球仪和织物折皱弹性仪等测试装置测试了导电织物的表面比电阻、织物受力过程中的电学变化、织物的电学耐用度及织物的外观平整度等性能,并进行了比较分析。结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,一定范围内,纱线交错次数越多,织物导电性越好;超过这个范围,交错次数越大,织物导电性变差。从耐磨实验可知,浮长为变量值的组织结构的导电面料的耐磨性优于三原组织面料。结合耐磨和拉伸实验可知,导电织物的使用时间和电学性能呈反比。从平整度实验可知,其交错次数越多的组织抗折皱性能越好。实验的结论可为导电面料的研发提供理论依据。 To discuss the effects of fabric structure on the electrical properties and wearability of conductive fabrics,the silver-coating conductive nylon and polyester filaments were woven as warp and weft by semi-automatic loom to prepare two fabrics with the same density and constant and variable floatings,the main types of fabrics were plain,twill,satin,honey comb and mesh.Then,with a digital multimeter,electronic fabric strength machine,fabric pilling and fabric wrinkle elasticity tester and other testing devices,the surface specific resistance of the conductive fabric,the electrical changes during the stress of the fabric,the electrical durability of the fabric and the appearance flatness of the fabric were tested and comparatively analyzed.The results showed that under the same conditions,within a certain range,the more the number of yarn interlaces,the better the conductivity of the fabric;out of this range,the greater the number of interlaces,the worse the fabric conductivity.It could be seen from the wear resistance experiments that the wear resistance of the conductive fabric with a variable floating was better than that of the constant floating fabric.Combined with wear resistance and tensile experiments,it showed that the usage time and electrical properties of conductive fabrics were inversely related.It could be seen from the flatness experiment that the more the number of yarn interlaces,the better the anti-wrinkle performance of the tissue.The conclusion of this experiment could provide a theoretical basis for the development of conductive fabrics.
