摘要
聚乙烯醇是一种性能优良、价廉易得的水溶性高分子化合物,但由于其热稳定性能较差,极限氧指数低于20%,属于极易燃烧材料,严重限制了其广泛使用,因而国内外大批学者纷纷致力于聚乙烯醇材料的阻燃改性研究。从聚乙烯醇自身特有的结构、性能出发,首先对聚乙烯醇材料的主要应用领域进行了简要介绍;其后依次阐述了目前较为常用的几种聚乙烯醇材料阻燃改性方法:共聚法阻燃改性、共混法阻燃改性、溶胶凝胶法阻燃改性、后整理法阻燃改性及新型气凝胶阻燃改性技术,并针对各种阻燃改性技术进行了分析总结;最后指出了现阶段聚乙烯醇材料阻燃改性研究仍然存在的一些不足,并对其后续的研究方向和工作重点进行了展望。
Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)is a kind of water-soluble polymer compound with excellent performance,low price and easy availability.However,due to its poor thermal stability and less than 20%limited oxygen index,PVA is an extremely inflammable material,which seriously limits its wide use.Therefore,a large number of scholars at home and abroad have devoted themselves to the research on flame retardant modification of PVA materials.The main application fields of PVA materials were briefly introduced based on the unique structural properties of PVA.The flame retardant modification methods of polyvinyl alcohol materials were discussed in turn:copolymerization flame retardant modification,blending flame retardant modification,sol-gel flame retardant modification,after-finishing flame retardant modification and new aerogel flame retardant modification technology;and the various flame retardant modification technologies were analyzed and summarized.At last,some shortcomings in the research of flame retardant modification of PVA at present were pointed out,and a reasonable prospect for future research direction and emphasis was given.
