摘要
人类活动直接或间接地威胁着野生动物的生存,导致许多物种种群数量急剧下降。为保护物种多样性,十分有必要加强野生动物保护教育,调整公众对待野生动物的态度和方式。世界上一些国家关于物种多样性保护教育的法律法规包含在环境教育法中,少数国家制定了专门针对野生动物保护教育的法律。世界野生动物保护教育实践中的成功经验主要有:重视学校的保护教育以及师资的培养;充分发挥非正规教育的力量;利用野生动物保护教育基地开展体验式教育等。世界保护教育相关法律法规及实践经验对加强我国野生动物保护教育的启示有:完善我国野生动物保护教育法律法规;重视中小学及高校的正规保护教育;开展形式多样的非正规教育;规范野生动物保护科普宣教的内容;转变传统教育模式,充分发挥体验式教学的优势;充分考虑少数民族的文化适宜性等。
Human activities directly or indirectly threaten the survival of wildlife,resulting in sharp declines in the populations of many species.In order to protect species diversity,it is necessary to strengthen wildlife conservation education and adjust public attitude and manner towards wildlife.In some countries,the laws on conservation education of species diversity are included in environmental education laws,and a few countries have enacted laws specifically for wildlife conservation education.The successful experiences in the practice of wildlife conservation education mainly include paying attention to conservation education in schools and the cultivation of teachers,giving full play to the power of informal education and carrying out experiential education in the wildlife conservation education base.International conservation education related laws,regulations,and practical experience have potential to strengthen our country's wildlife conservation education.We shall improve laws and regulations on wildlife conservation education in China,and implement formal conservation education in primary and secondary schools and colleges.We will also implement programs for informal education.It will be necessary to standardize the content of propaganda and education on wildlife conservation while adapting the traditional education mode to exploit the advantages of experiential teaching.Full consideration should be given to the suitability of new conservation education programs to the cultural traditions of ethnic minorities.
