摘要
提出了一种钢框架梁柱弱轴连接梁腹板开两半圆孔型节点(TSCV),首先运用有限元软件ABAQUS6.14-1对已有的削弱型梁柱弱轴连接节点试验进行模拟分析,验证了本文有限元建模方法的有效性之后,对TSCV节点进行了系列参数分析,主要考虑的参数包括两个半圆孔之间未削弱的高度H、开孔中心距离柱翼缘边缘的距离L,及开孔半径R。结果表明,TSCV系列加载点的荷载-位移滞回曲线均呈饱满的梭形,该类型节点具有良好的耗能性能;改变该类型节点的3个关键参数对其初始刚度基本没有影响;随着H的增大,节点的承载能力逐渐小幅提高,梁截面的屈曲变形逐渐向梁柱连接处靠近;随着L的增大,节点的承载能力基本没有变化,塑性铰逐渐由梁柱连接处外移,当L达到一定值时,靠近梁柱连接处的梁翼缘也出现屈曲变形;随着R的增大,节点的承载能力逐渐减小,屈曲变形逐渐由梁柱连接处向削弱处发展;综合其受力性能和塑性应变分布,建议H取为1/4hbw,L取为(1.14~1.31)hb,R取为(0.35~0.38)hbw,hb和hbw分别为钢梁高度和梁腹板高度。
In this paper,a new type of steel frame beam column weak axis comnection beam web with two semicircle holes(TSCV)is proposed.Firstly,the finite element software ABAQUS is used 6.14-1 the simulation analysis of the existing weakened beam column weak axis connection joint test is carried out to verify the validity of the finite element modeling method in this paper.After that,a series of parameter analysis of the'TISCV joint is carried out,the main parameters considered include the height h between the two semi-circular holes without weakening,the distance L between the center of the opening and the edge of the column flange,and the radius r of the opening.The results show that the load displacement hysteretic curves of TSCV series loading points are full shuttle shape,and this type of joint has good energy dissipation performance;changing the three key parameters of this type of joint has little effect on its initial stiffness;with the increase of H,the bearing capacity of the joint gradually increascs,and the buckling deformation of the beam section gradually approaches the beam column comnection;with the increase of L,The bearing capacity of the joint basically remains unchanged,and the plastic hinge gradually moves out from the beam column connection.When l reaches a certain value,the flange near the beam column connection also shows buckling deformation;with the increase of R,the bearing capacity of the joint gradually decreases,and the buckling deformation gradually develops from the beam column connection to the weakened part;based on the stress performance and plastic strain distribution,it is suggested that H be taken as 1/4 HBW,l are(1.14-1.31)Hb,R are(0.35-0.38)HBW,Hb and HBW are the height of steel beam and web respectively.
