薪酬管理的基本职能及薪酬福利对个体的影响研究

摘要 当前,随着国家改革开放进程的不断加快,我国社会主义市场经济体制也逐步完善。并且,在劳动薪酬领域,发生变化更是十分明显。在具体的发展过程中,薪酬的科学化以及合理化,除了可以凸显国家政策开明之外,还深深影响了每一个组织以及个体。基于此,文章深入研究薪酬管理的基本职能及薪酬福利对个体的影响,希望能够为相关人员提供一定帮助。
