摘要
基于叶尖定时测振原理,建立8叶片叶尖定时测振系统模型,在考虑转速影响的工况下,对失谐叶盘系统进行不同转速频率下的有限元动频分析,将考虑转速影响的叶片刚度引入到8叶片轮盘叶尖定时测振系统模型中,对恒定转速下的叶片进行同步振动信号仿真分析。利用仿真后传感器测得的叶片振动位移进行叶片同步振动参数辨识,将辨识结果与仿真时的叶片振动参数进行对比,说明在该考虑转速影响时对叶盘系统进行仿真分析的计算结果准确,为叶片振动测量提出了一种更加贴合实际的振动参数测量方式。
Based on the principle of blade tip timing vibration measurement,a model of the eight-blade tip timing vibration measurement system is established.Under the working condition of considering the influence of speed,the finite element dynamic frequency analysis of the detuned blade disc system under different speed frequencies will be considered.The stiffness of the blade is introduced into the model of the timing vibration measurement system for the tip of the eight-blade disc,and the synchronous vibration signal simulation analysis of the blade at a constant speed is performed.The blade vibration displacement measured by the sensor after the simulation is used to identify the synchronous vibration parameters of the blade,and the identification results are compared with the blade vibration parameters during simulation.It shows that the calculation result of the simulation analysis of the blade disc system is accurate when considering the influence of speed.Blade vibration measurement proposes a more practical vibration parameter measurement method.
