摘要
为了实现畜禽养殖环境下的有害气体原位在线监测,提高观测效率,减少人工成本,解决现场监测布线复杂的问题,针对传统无线传输成本高、功耗大、距离短等短板,设计了一种基于LoRa的养鸡场有害气体监测系统。该系统主要包括数据采集节点、主控制模块、远程终端管理平台三部分。系统以STM32为核心,采用模块化设计,其功能主要包括对养殖场环境参数数据温湿度、二氧化碳、氨气、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)的在线监测和舍内有害气体参数超过设置阈值时自动报警。结果表明,该系统在养殖场内可进行稳定远距离传输,具有较好的抗外界干扰能力,设备造价少,运行能耗低,可维持长时间运行,为解决大规模畜禽养殖的复杂生产环境监测问题提供科学依据。
In order to realize the in-situ online monitoring of harmful gases in the livestock and poultry breeding environment, improve the observation efficiency, reduce labor costs, and solve the problem of complex wiring on-site,a harmful gas monitoring system for chicken farms based on LoRa was designed, which solved the problems of high cost, large power consumption, short distance and and complicated wiring on site. The system consisted of three parts:data collection node, main control module and remote terminal management platform. The system took STM32 as the core. It adopted a modular design, which could realize the real-time monitoring of the farm environment temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, ammonia, PM2.5, PM10 data. It alarmed when the harmful gas parameters exceeded the threshold. The tests showed that the system could perform stable long-distance transmission in the farm, have reliable performance, strong anti-interference ability, small construction cost and low power consumption, provide a scientific basis for solving the complex production environment monitoring problem of large-scale livestock and poultry farming.
