基于护理程序的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力评价指标体系的构建 被引量:9

摘要 目的构建符合临床情境的护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维能力评价指标体系。方法通过文献回顾和小组讨论编制函询问卷,应用德尔菲法对35名专家进行2轮函询。结果2轮专家积极系数为94.3%、100%,权威系数为0.91。构建的评价指标体系含5个一级指标(护理评估、诊断、计划、实施与评价临床思维能力)和35个二级指标,重要性评分均数分别为4.52~5.00和3.85~4.94,肯德尔和谐系数为0.262和0.304。结论本研究构建过程科学严谨,专家积极性好、权威性高且意见较一致;评价体系和临床紧密结合,可操作性较好。 Objective To construct an evaluation index system of clinical thinking ability for master of nursing specialist based on nursing process.Methods An expert consultation questionnaire was developed through literature review and group discussions.The two-round Delphi method was used to consult 35 experts.Results The response rates in two-round expert consultations were 94.3%and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.91.The evaluation index system included 5 first-level indicators(clinical thinking ability of nursing assessment,diagnosis,planning,implementation and evaluation)and 35 second-level indicators,and means ranged from 4.52 to 5.00 and from 3.85 to 4.94.The Kendall's W coefficient was 0.262 and 0.304.Conclusion The process of this study is scientific and rigorous.Experts have high authority,good response and consistent opinions.The system are closely integrated with practice and has great feasibility.
