玉米生物诱导单倍体母本被诱导性状的遗传分析

摘要 选用16个自交系、24个自交系间杂交种以及郑单958不同世代群体作为母本,以农大高诱五号作为父本进行诱导,利用方差分析和相关性检验评价母本被诱导及籽粒败育性状,对自交系、不同自交系间杂交组合以及郑单958不同交配世代的母本被诱导性状和籽粒败育性状进行遗传分析。结果表明,自交系材料的被诱导率和败育率相关系数在0.8左右,而杂交组合材料被诱导率和败育率的相关系数在0.7左右,说明籽粒败育率与母本被诱导率显著正相关。郑单958不同世代间胚乳败育有偏低亲遗传现象,胚败育有偏高亲遗传现象。 16 inbred lines,24 hybred lines and different generations of Zhengdan 958 were selected as the female parent,and CAU5 as male parent,the traits of maternal inducibility and kernel abortion were evaluated by ANOVA and correlation test.Genetic analysis was carried out on in vivo haploid induction of inbred lines,interbred lines and different mating generations of Zhengdan 958.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the induction rate and the abortion rate of the inbred was about 0.8,while the correlation coefficient between the induction rate and the abortion rate of the hybrid was about 0.7.It indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between the kernel abortion rate and the maternal induction rate.It also showed that,in different generations of zhengdan 958,endosperm abortion showed heritability preference to parent with low value,while embryo abortion showed heritability preference to parent with high value.
