白车轴草地豌豆蚜与蚜茧蜂在时间格局上的种群动态

摘要 在城市绿化区选取4块白车轴草(Trifolium repens L.)草坪,利用3点取样法在每块草坪选取3个样方,观察蚜茧蜂(Aphidus gifuensis)和豌豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon pisum),每3 d记录僵蚜和健康蚜虫的数量;在取样点以外的地方挑取僵蚜进行羽化试验,将成虫制成标本进行种类鉴定。结果表明,在城区绿化区,僵蚜和健康蚜虫数量变化是动态同步的;不同观察区域内,僵蚜有极显著差异(P<0.01),健康蚜虫无显著差异(P>0.05);室内僵蚜全部羽化的时间是11~16 d;经鉴定该蚜茧蜂为阿维蚜茧蜂(Aphidius ervi)。观察表明,阿维蚜茧蜂对豌豆蚜有防治效果。 4 Trifolium repens L.lawns in urban green area were chosen,and three samples selected from each lawn by three-point sampling method.Aphidus gifuensis and Acyrthosiphon pisum were observed,and the number of mummified aphids and healthy aphids were recorded every 3 days;a certain amount of mummified aphids were picked from outside the sampling point for eclosion test.The adult was made into specimens for species identification.The results showed that in the urban green area,the trend of the number of mummified aphids and healthy aphids was dynamically synchronized;In different observation areas,there were significant differences in mummified aphids(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences in healthy aphids(P>0.05);The emergence time of the mummified aphids indoors was 11-16 days;The Aphidus gifuensis was identified as Aphidius ervi.It can be concluded that the Aphidus gifuensis has control effect on Acyrthosiphon pisum.
