摘要
目的分析总结手术隔离技术在食管癌根治术中的应用效果。方法回顾性比较分析食管癌手术治疗患者资料,分为观察组161例和对照组105例。观察组患者手术治疗在术前准备、切口设计、皮肤及切口保护、术中探查、肿瘤切除、食管重建等各个环节,严格遵循手术隔离技术原则并执行其操作配合方法;对照组患者手术治疗未执行隔离技术。结果随访观察组患者161例,1 a内发生胸膜转移2例,切口转移4例,共6例,肿瘤种植复发率为3.73%,与对照组(17.14%)比较显著降低(P<0.05)。但手术隔离技术对不同种植类型发生率无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论手术隔离技术在食管癌根治术中发挥了重要作用,对于手术人员,认真执行手术隔离技术,做到精准配合,可以有效改善患者的预后,延长患者的无瘤生存期。
Objective To explore the application of isolation technique in radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods The data of surgical treatment of esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group(161 cases) and control group(105 cases). In the observation group, the surgical treatment of the patients strictly follow the principle of surgical isolation and the method of operation cooperation in all aspects of preoperative preparation, such as incision design, skin and incision protection, intraoperative exploration, tumor resection and esophageal reconstruction;treatment of patients in the control group did not implement isolation technology. Results In the observation group, 2 patients had pleural metastasis within 1 year, 4 patients had incision metastasis. The recurrence rate of tumor implantation was 3.73%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(17.14%)(P<0.05). However, surgical isolation technology had no significant effect on the incidence of different implant types(P>0.05). Conclusion Surgical isolation technology plays an important role in radical resection of esophageal cancer. Careful implementation of surgical isolation technology and precise cooperation could effectively improve the prognosis of patients and prolong the tumor-free survival period of patients.
