摘要
提出基于CAN总线的动车组集装器自动装卸系统,实现动车组到站停站期间集装器的快速自动装卸。设计了基于CAN总线通信功能控制系统,通过CAN总线控制电动传输单元和电动锁定单元协调工作,实现集装器的自动传输和自动锁定与解锁。实际运行结果表明,该自动装卸系统能够满足动车组集装器的自动装卸要求。
The rapid railway freight transportation system has brought a huge new market potential.An automatic loading and unloading system based on CAN bus is proposed to realize the rapid automatic loading and unloading of the loader during the arrival and stopping ofEMU.The communication function control system based on CAN bus is designed to control the coordination between the electric transmission unit and the electric locking unit through CAN bus,so as to realize the automatic transmission,automatic locking and unlocking of the loader.The actual operation results show that the automatic loading and unloading system CAN meet the requirements of the automatic loading and unloading of the loader of EMU.
