摘要
随着我国经济社会发展的不断深入,对保护生态环境提出了更高的要求。论文以紫荆山二期风电场建设过程中水土保持"三同时"的具体实施为例,从合同及现象管理2方面阐述水土保持管理的主要措施,给相关工程提供参考。
With the deepening of China's economic and social development,higher requirements have been put forward for the protection of the ecological environment.This paper talking the concrete implementation of"three simultaneity"of soil and water conservation in the construction of the second phase of Zijingshan wind farm as example,expounds the main measures of soil and water conservation management from two aspects of contract and phenomenon management,to provide reference for related projects.
