石墨烯气凝胶/BMI复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以Hummers法制备的氧化石墨烯(GO)作为前驱体,通过化学还原自组装的方式制备石墨烯气凝胶(GA),并采用微波辐射的方式对其进行还原处理。考察微波还原对气凝胶结构和导电性能的影响,进而将微波还原前后的石墨烯气凝胶分别与双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂复合,制备石墨烯气凝胶/BMI复合材料。结果表明,与GA相比,微波还原的石墨烯气凝胶(MRGA)其表面含氧官能团含量减少,电导率增加,MRGA/BMI复合材料的电导率和电磁屏蔽效能较GA/BMI均有明显提高。 Graphene oxide(GO)prepared by Hummers method was used as precursor to prepare graphene aerogel(GA)by using chemical reduction and self-assembly method. GA was then reduced under microwave radiation. The effect of microwave reduction on the structure and conductivity of aerogels was investigated. Moreover,the graphene aerogels before and after microwave reduction were used to prepare the bismaleimide(BMI)composites. The results show that the content of oxygen-containing groups of microwave reduced graphene aerogel(MRGA)decreased compared to that of GA,and the conductivity of MRGA increased. The conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of MRGA/BMI composites were significantly improved compared with GA/BMI.
