摘要
远志作为中国传统中药材,药用历史悠久、疗效确切,历代本草均有记载。本文首先综述远志的化学成分和药理作用研究进展,其次,根据中药质量标志物的定义及确定原则,基于文献中相关数据,对远志的潜在质量标志物进行预测性分析,为完善远志药材的质量控制标准提供参考依据。
Polygalae Radix(PR),a traditional Chinese medicine from the plant species of the genus Polygala,Polygala tenuifolia and Polygala sibirica,has been recorded in almost all of the ancient books of Chinese Meteria Medica as possessing surely curative efficacy on many diseases.This paper reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of PR,and according to the definition and selection principle of quality-marker(Q-marker)of traditional Chinese medicines,conducts a predictive analysis of potential Q-markers of PR on the basis of the related data in the literature to provide a reference for the improvement of quality control standard of PR.
