摘要
高等职业教育的核心目标是培养适应企业岗位要求的、掌握熟练操作技能的技术技能综合人才。为了培养出相应的技术技能人才,国家和各省都举办了相应的技能大赛,文章通过案例分析法,以茶叶重金属检测赛项为例,从赛项准备阶段,训练阶段,参赛阶段和总结阶段等四个方面详细明了参赛队伍备赛过程,提出赛教融合促进学生技能提升的具体思路,为提升人才培养质量,优化人才培养方案和课程体系,提升教师教育教学能力和教师的实践技能,提升学校的实验室建设提供了依据。
The core goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate comprehensive technical and skilled personnel who can meet the requirements of enterprise posts and master skilled operation skills.In order to cultivate the corresponding technical talents,the state and provinces have held corresponding skills competitions.Taking the tea heavy metal detection competition as an example,the paper elaborates the preparation process of the team from four aspects:the preparation stage,the training stage,the participation stage and the summary stage,and puts forward the specific ideas of promoting the students'skills through the integration of competition and teaching,which provides the basis for improving the quality of personnel training,optimizing the talent training program and curriculum system,improving the teaching ability and practical skills of teachers,and improving the laboratory construction of the school.
