基质配比对山苍子容器苗生长的影响 被引量:23

摘要 【目的】山苍子Litsea cubeba是我国特有的木本香料树种,其用途广泛,经济价值较高。本试验通过研究不同基质配方对山苍子容器苗生长的影响,筛选出山苍子最适宜的栽培基质,为山苍子容器育苗提供理论和参考依据。【方法】以山苍子1年生苗为试验材料,以泥炭、珍珠岩、锯末、黄心土为基质原料,采用单形重心混料试验设计方法,共设计9种基质配方,通过对不同基质配比下山苍子容器苗的物理性质、生长指标、叶片生物量、根系形态指标的测定分析,揭示不同基质配比对山苍子生长的影响。【结果】9种不同基质配方的物理性质存在显著性差异。其中T3处理下土壤密度最大,为0.73 g/cm^3,T2处理下土壤密度最小,为0.54 g/cm^3,两者之间存在显著性差异。土壤含水率最高达到37.36%。总孔隙度最大的为T2(61.56),最小的为T1(48.70),两者之间差异性显著。CK的pH值最小(5.08);不同基质配比对山苍子容器苗的苗高差异不显著。CK的地径(0.52 cm)是T2、T3和T8的2.08倍,显著高于这3个处理;高径比最小值为CK(66.97);不同基质配比对山苍子容器苗的叶片数量差异不显著,而不同基质配比对山苍子容器苗的叶片面积、叶片鲜质量、叶片干质量、叶片含水量差异达显著性水平;9种不同基质配方的根系形态指标也存在显著性差异。其中T8的主根长最大(12.6 cm),T1的主根长最小(5.8 cm),两者差异显著。【结论】通过主成分分析进行综合评定,结果表明:处理T2即V(黄心土)∶V(锯末)∶V(泥炭土)∶V(珍珠岩)=0.6∶0.4∶0∶0为山苍子容器苗最佳基质配方。 【Objective】Litsea cubeba is a unique woody spice tree species in China.It has a wide range of uses and high economic value.The effects of different substrate formulations on the growth of Litsea cubeba container seedlings was studied and the most suitable cultivation medium for Litsea cubeba seeds was screened out,which provided a theoretical and reference basis for Litsea cubeba container seedlings.【Method】Taking one-year-old seedlings of Litsea Cubeba as test materials,using peat,perlite,sawdust,and yellow core soil as matrix materials,a single-shaped center-of-gravity mixture test design method was used to design a total of 9 matrix formulas.The measurement and analysis of the physical properties,growth indexes,leaf biomass and root morphology indexes of container seedlings revealed the effects of different substrate ratios on the growth of Litsea cubeba.【Result】The physical properties of 9 different matrix formulations are significantly different.Among them,the soil density under the T3 treatment is the largest,0.73 g/cm^3,and the soil density under the T2 treatment is the smallest,0.54 g/cm^3,there is a significant difference between the two.The soil moisture content is up to 37.36%.the largest total porosity is T2(61.56)and the smallest is T1(48.70).The difference between the two is significant.The pH value of CK is the smallest(5.08);the difference of different substrate ratios on the seedling height of Litsea cubeba container seedlings is not significant.The ground diameter(0.52 cm)of CK is 2.08 times that of T2,T3 and T8,which is significantly higher than those of the three treatments;the minimum height-diameter ratio is CK(66.97);The difference is not significant,and the different substrate ratios have significant differences in leaf area,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,and leaf water content of Litsea cubeba container seedlings;there are also significant differences in root morphological indicators of 9 different substrate formulations.Among them,the main root length of T8 is the largest(12.6 cm),and the main root length of T1 is the smallest(5.8 cm),the difference between the two is significant.【Conclusion】Comprehensive evaluation by principal component analysis,the results show that:T2 is treated as V(yellow heart soil):V(sawdust):V(peat soil):V(perlite)=0.6:0.4:0:0 is the best matrix formula for Litsea cubeba container seedlings.
