摘要
为优化公交企业运营管理,提出基于遗传算法的公交线路发车间隔优化方法。通过对公交线路发车间隔进行优化,平衡公交企业运营成本和乘客出行成本。以公交企业运营成本及乘客等车时间成本最低为目标,通过加权求和设定目标函数;考虑乘客舒适度、公交线路车辆满载率以及政府部门规定的最大最小发车间隔等因素,针对客流的高峰和平峰时段,建立相关约束条件;以郑州市60号公交线路为例,利用遗传算法对发车间隔优化模型进行了求解,得到了各时段的公交发车间隔,并将优化前成本与优化后成本进行比较,有效降低18%~26%的线路总成本。
In order to optimize the operation management of bus companies,this paper proposes a bus line departure interval optimization method based on genetic algorithm.Through the optimization of the departure interval of bus line,the relationship between bus companies and passengers is handled properly.The objective function by weighted summation with the lowest operating cost of bus companies and the lowest time cost of passengers waiting for vehicles is set,the factors such as passenger comfort,full load rate of bus line,and the maximum and minimum departure intervals specified by government departments are considered to establish constraints which the genetic algorithm is utilized to solve the departure interval optimization model.In additional,take bus line No.60 as the case,compare the cost before optimization with the cost after optimization,the result shows that the optimization can effectively reduce the total cost of the bus line by 18%~26%.
