摘要
为促进交通与土地利用的协调发展,更好地体现土地利用与交通在实施层面上的互动关系,创新研究了交通与用地规划实施协调性量化评价方法。以城市土地利用和交通规划的相互关系为切入点,从空间关系、功能水平(属性)2个维度着手,针对建设用地或者交通设施各自的空间及属性关系实施匹配性,研究构建建设用地与交通关系一致性模型方法,并通过协调度分级评价,对交通设施建设与用地建设发展之间的耦合关系进行分析。以广州重点发展区域之一的国际生物岛为例,利用该交通与用地规划实施协调性量化评价方法,根据评估结果提出规划实施的调整优化方向建议,为生物岛合理规划和开发提供理论支持。
In order to promote the coordinated development of transportation and land use,and reflect the interactive relationship between land use and transportation better in the implementation level,the paper innovatively puts forward a quantitative analysis method to evaluate the implementation of the planning progress.From the spatial perspective and attributes perspective,in view of the implementation matching between land use and transportation,the paper proposes a matching evaluation model method,and through the coordination degree evaluation result,matching coincidence between the construction of transportation facilities and the development of land-use construction is analyzed.Taking the international biological island,one of the prioritized development areas in Guangzhou as an example,the coordinated quantitative evaluation method for the implementation of transportation and land use planning is put forward,proposing feasible suggestions based on the evaluation results,so as to provide theoretical support for the exploitation of biological islands.
