饲料中添加虾青素对蛋鸡免疫功能影响的研究 被引量:4

Effect of astaxanthin on the immune function of laying hens

摘要 为研究虾青素对蛋鸡免疫功能的影响,选取120只1日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,从6日龄开始,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的虾青素。7日龄时,用新城疫Lasota疫苗进行滴鼻和点眼免疫。在免疫前1 d和免疫后7、14、21、28、35和42 d采血测定抗体效价和T淋巴细胞百分率,试验结束时测定免疫器官指数。结果显示:与对照组相比,虾青素组的抗体水平(体液免疫指标)、T淋巴细胞百分率(细胞免疫指标)和免疫器官指数显著提高(P<0.05)。 To study the effect of astaxanthin on the immunity of laying hens,120 one-day-age Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and ten hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed with basic diet,and experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere fed with 0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%diet of astaxanthin from the age of 6 days.At the age of 7 days,nose drops and eye drops were immunized with the Newcastle disease Lasota vaccine.Antibody titer and percentage of T lymphocytes were determined 1 d before immunization and 7,14,21,28,35,and 42 d after immunization.The index of immune organs was measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that compared with the control group,the antibody level(humoral immune index),the percentage of T lymphocytes(cellular immune index)and the index of immune organs were significantly improved in the astaxanthin group(P<0.05).In summary,astaxanthin can regulate the cellular and humoral immunity of the body and enhance the specific immune function.
