摘要
乐山市中心城区青衣江饮用水水源地取水口迁建工程主要为乐山市自来水公司第三水厂、第五水厂及乐山供水公司水厂提供水源,该水源工程设计建设内容主要包括取水工程及输水管道工程2大部分,在工程设计过程中采用了双箱涵式取水头部以及圆形单轨环形起吊设备,原水引水管及潜水式取水泵站采用了反冲洗系统。该取水工程建成投入运行后,经受住了青衣江2019年8月份主汛期水源含沙量高、洪峰流量大和超高水位的巨大考验,基本能够保证取水设施安全稳定运行。论文通过对取水工程各单体的设计分析,总结了在含沙量高和水位涨落变化较大的江河进行规模化取水工程设计建设的经验。
The water intake relocation project of Qingyi River drinking water source area in central urban area of Leshan City mainly provides water for the third water plant,the fifth water plant and the water plant of Leshan water supply company.The design and construction of the water source project mainly includes two parts:water intake project and water transmission pipeline project.In the process of engineering design,double box culvert type water intake head and circular monorail ring lifting equipment are used.The raw water diversion pipe and submersible water intake pump station are equipped with backwash system.After the water intake project is completed and put into operation,it has withstood the great test of high sediment concentration,large peak discharge and ultra-high water level of Qingyi River in August 2019,and can basically ensure the safe and stable operation of water intake facilities.Based on the design and analysis of each unit of water intake project,this paper summarizes the experience of large-scale water intake engineering design and construction in rivers with high sediment concentration and large fluctuation of water level.
