摘要
【目的/意义】对科研机构知识管理与协同创新平台进行研究,通过构建该平台,提升科研机构知识管理水平与协同创新能力。【方法/过程】本文在传统知识管理系统架构的基础上,引入大数据处理技术,解决科研大数据难以知识挖掘的难题。然后,在知识管理系统的服务层引入协同创新理念,将传统知识管理系统升级为协同创新平台。提出新平台的架构,运行方式,对关键技术进行研究并提出了保障该系统最佳运行的策略。【结果/结论】构建的知识管理与协同创新平台能够满足现代科学研究的新需求,提升科学研究的效率,推动科技创新。
【Purpose/significance】This paper studies the knowledge management and collaborative innovation platform of scientific research institutions to improve the knowledge management level and collaborative innovation ability of scientific research institutions.【Method/process】First of all,based on the traditional knowledge management system architecture,this paper introduces big data processing technology to solve the difficult problem of knowledge mining of research big data.Then,the concept of collaborative innovation is introduced into the service layer of knowledge management system,and the traditional knowledge management system is upgraded to collaborative innovation platform.The structure and operation mode of the new platform are proposed,and the key technologies are studied.The paper also puts forward the countermeasures to ensure the best operation of the system.【Result/conclusion】The knowledge management and collaborative innovation platform constructed in this paper can meet the new needs of modern scientific research,improve the efficiency of scientific research,and promote scientific and technological innovation.
