摘要
从中医“寓攻于补”思想研究出发,结合温病发展规律,探讨病毒性肺炎治疗中对攻补之力的权衡关系。病毒性肺炎病情严重,进展迅速,正气亏虚贯穿始终。病毒性肺炎的治疗过程中应当以顾护正气为核心,注重脾胃、阴阳、津气的改变,不可滥用苦寒。早期注重补益正气以做到未病先防或促使体虚患者托毒外出,中期视正邪交争情况酌情调和攻补之力以扶助受损脏器功能,防止病邪继续内传以截断病程,后期则在清扫余邪同时扶助正气,从而减少机体的损伤,改善疾病的预后,希望“寓攻于补”思想能够为病毒性肺炎的临床诊疗思路提供启发与指导。
Starting from the theoretical research of the thought"combining elimination in reinforcement"and combining with the development law of febrile diseases,this paper explores the trade-off relationship between elimination and reinforcement in the treatment of viral pneumonia.Viral pneumonia is serious and progresses rapidly.Deficiency of vital energy runs through all the time.It is believed that the treatment of viral pneumonia should always take care of the positive Qi,pay attention to the changes of spleen and stomach,Yin and Yang,and body fluid and vital energy in clinical prescriptions,and not abuse cold herbs,so as to reduce the damage of the body and improve the prognosis of the disease.In the early stage,invigorating vital energy should be emphasized to prevent aggravation of disease or to lift the toxin out of the patients with deficiency.In the middle stage,we should adjust the power of attacking and supplementing according to the struggling between the healthy Qi and the pathogenic Qi to assist the functions of the damaged organs and cut off the course of disease.In the later stage,we should pay attention to clearing away the remaining pathogenic factors while supporting vital energy,so as to reduce the damage of the body and improve the prognosis of the disease It is hoped that the combination in elimination and replenishment can provide inspiration and guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of viral pneumonia.
