摘要
孔薇师从国医大师著名中医肾脏病学家邹燕勤,临证30余年对慢性肾脏病的治疗有着独到见解与丰富经验,其在糖尿病肾病的治疗上继承了孟河医派“平补平泻,和缓治之”的学术特点,针对糖尿病肾病的病机特点提出“补肾泄浊”与“活血利水”并重的治法,临证喜用杜仲配续断、鬼箭羽配地骨皮、全蝎配僵蚕等药对疗效颇佳。本文从病因病机到治法特色逐层分析其临床用药思路,并举两则验案加以详细说明。
Professor KONG Wei,following a renowned nephrologist of traditional Chinese medicine ZOU Yan-qin,has been on the treatment of chronic kidney disease for more than 30 years.She has unique insights and rich experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Especially in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,it inherits the academic characteristics of Menghe School of Medicine"Balanced reinforcing and reducing and gentle treatment".According to the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,it puts forward the treatment method of"invigorating kidney and removing turbidity"and"promoting blood circulation and diuresis".It is preferable to use Eucommiae with Radix Dipsaci,Twig Of Winged Euonymus with Digupi and Scorpion with muscardine silkworm to treat diabetic nephropathy.This article analyses Professor KONG Wei's clinical medication ideas step by step from the etiology and pathogenesis to the characteristics of treatment,and illustrates two cases in detail.
