摘要 为了解决超大直径盾构设备吊装时因地基加固及盾构设备选择不当造成的盾构吊装安全事故,以汕头海湾隧道15.03 m超大直径盾构刀盘吊装为例,通过对吊装区域地层加固,盾构机吊装设备的受力分析,合理选择盾构地基加固措施及起重设备的措施,总结了超大直径盾构机吊装地基加固、盾构设备选择的受力计算方法及措施。 In order to solve the safety accident of shield lifting caused by foundation reinforcement and improper selection of shield equipment when hoisting large-diameter shield equipment,taking the 15.03 m super-large-diameter shield cutterhead of Shantou Bay Tunnel as an example,by strengthening the stratum of the hoisting area,the shield stress analysis of the hoisting equipment of the hoisting machine,rational selection of measures for the reinforcement of the shield foundation and the measures of the lifting equipment,and a summary of the force calculation methods and measures for the reinforcement of the super-large diameter shield machine for hoisting the foundation and selection of the shielding equipment.
