摘要
跆拳道这项运动逐渐在大学校园内流行起来,很多学校也都开始跆拳道的教学,丰富了体育课的内容。然而,由于设备不足、教师水平不够、学校重视程度不足等问题,很多学校的跆拳道教学训练并没有达到预期的效果。本文对高校如何解决跆拳道教学训练的问题进行了研究,分析当前学校有哪些教学和训练的问题,并且分析采取怎样的方法进行解决。帮助高校提升跆拳道教学的水平和质量。
Taekwondo is gradually popular in the university campus,and many schools have also started the teaching of taekwondo,which enriches the content of physical education.However,due to the problems of insufficient equipment,insufficient teachers’level and insufficient attention in schools,many schools’taekwondo teaching and training have not achieved the desired results.This paper studies how to solve the problem of taekwondo teaching and training in colleges and universities,analyzes the current problems of teaching and training in schools,and analyzes how to solve them.To help colleges and universities improve the level and quality of taekwondo teaching.
