摘要
由于氧化铝生产中存在能源消耗大、投资成本高的问题,氧化铝节能降本生产方面具有十分广阔的发展前景。针对这一现象,提出基于氧化铝生产工艺中的节能降本技术研究。使用拜耳法生产氧化铝的析出流程,使用自蒸发器进行蒸发,流进稀释槽进行二次洗液,完成后进入沉降槽,得到饱和氧化铝溶液,所析出的大量工业氧化铝可以有效缓解我国工业氧化铝资源不足的情况;使用拜耳法生产氧化铝的分解流程,减少赤泥的洗涤次数,从而减少洗水量和蒸水量;焙烧炉烟气余热深度回收,使焙烧炉烟气中的氧化铝粉尘也随着喷淋过程进入到循环水中,实现排出的烟气温度低且清洁无害,进一步实现降低氧化铝生产能耗的目的。设计实例分析,结果表明,设计的节能降本技术氧化铝生产能耗明显低于实验对照组,节能效果更好,能够实现氧化铝的节能生产。
Because of the problems of high energy consumption and high investment cost in alumina production,the energy-saving and cost-reducing production of alumina has a very broad prospect.In view of this phenomenon,research on energy saving and cost reducing technology based on alumina production process is proposed.The precipitation process of bayer method is used to produce alumina.The self-evaporator is used for evaporation and flows into the dilution tank for secondary washing liquid.After completion,the precipitation tank is used to obtain saturated alumina solution.The decomposition process of producing alumina by Bayer method reduces the washing times of red mud,thus reducing the amount of washing and steaming water.The waste heat of the calciner flue gas is deeply recovered,so that the alumina dust in the calciner flue gas also enters into the circulating water during the spraying process,so that the flue gas discharged has a low temperature and is clean and harmless,further reducing the energy consumption of alumina production.The results show that the energy consumption of the designed technology is obviously lower than that of the experimental control group,and the energy saving effect is better,which can realize the energy saving production of alumina.
