摘要
结合质量管理体系标准和油田企业质量管理的特点,胜利油田20余家油气生产单位建立并实施质量管理体系。总结了质量管理体系标准与油气生产、经营管理等业务有效融合的做法,分析了存在的问题并提出了改进措施,在促进胜利油田质量管理绩效提升的同时,也为油田企业及油气生产单位开展质量管理体系建设提供了借鉴。
According to the quality management system standards and the quality management characteristics of oilfield enterprises,the quality management systems were established and implemented in more than 20 oil and gas production units of Shengli Oilfield.The practics in the effective integration of quality management system standards with oil and gas production and operation management were summarized,and the existing problems in the implementation of the quality management systems are analyzed and improvement measures are proposed,which not only promotes the improvement of the quality management performance of Shengli Oilfield,but also provides a successful case for the construction of the quality management systems of other oilfield enterprises.
