摘要
内部治理现代化是高职教育综合改革与发展的迫切要求。当前,高职院校内部治理仍存在治理主体一头独大、权责不明,治理结构保守僵化、效率低下,治理文化价值冲突、发展滞后等问题,为了扭转这一现状,高职院校要从治理主体多元化、治理结构分权与制衡、构建多维共生文化生态等方面出发,全面助推高职院校内部治理的现代化发展。
The modernization of internal governance is an urgent requirement for the comprehensive reform and development of higher vocational education.At present,there are still some problems in the internal governance of higher vocational colleges,such as the dominant governance body,unclear rights and responsibilities,conservative and rigid governance structure,low efficiency,cultural value conflict and development lag.In order to reverse this situation,it is suggested comprehensively boost higher vocational colleges from the aspects of diversification of governance subjects,decentralization and balance of governance structure,and construction of multi-dimensional symbiotic cultural ecology of the modern development of internal governance.
