摘要
随着现代建筑技术的发展进步,超长跨度、超大尺寸预应力混凝土构件在工业建设项目中大量涌现,充分利用了预应力结构增大结构跨度、减少自重、节约钢材等优点。通过对国家风电酒泉实验室检验车间工程24 m跨屋面结构梁的施工介绍,阐述了大跨度现浇预应力混凝土梁现行施工方法,以期为今后同类工程施工提供参考。
With the development of modern building technologies,the prestressed concrete members with super long span and super large size are springing up in industrial construction projects,which made full use of such advantages of its increased span of structure,reduced self-weight,and ability to save steel,etc.Based on the introduction for the construction of roof structural beam with 24 m span of the inspection workshop engineering in Jiuquan Laboratory of National Wind Power,the current construction method of cast-in-place prestressed concrete beam with large span is elaborated.It is hoped to provide referencse for the construction of similar projects in the future.
