摘要
为明确30%氨氯吡啶酸·二氯吡啶酸AS对青海地区春油菜田一年生阔叶杂草的防除效果及其对油菜的安全性,在2017年至2018年进行了田间药效试验。设30%氨氯吡啶酸·二氯吡啶酸AS制剂量为112.5、135.0、157.0、270.5 g/hm^2,兑水300 L/hm^2于春油菜3~5叶期茎叶喷施。结果表明:30%氨氯吡啶酸·二氯吡啶酸AS 270.5 g/hm^2对苣荬菜、刺儿菜等杂草防除效果可达70%以上;施药后供试剂量范围内油菜增产率呈上升趋势,该药剂对春油菜田一年生阔叶杂草有较好的防除效果且对油菜不产生药害。
In order to make clear the control effect and safety evaluation of 30%Picloram·Clopyralid AS on annual broadleaf weeds in spring rape fields in Qinghai and its safety to rape,field efficacy trials have been conducted from 2017 to 2018.The dosage of 30%Picloram·Clopyralid AS is 112.5,135.0,157.0 and 270.5 g/hm^2 per hectare respectively,and 300 L/hm^2 water per hectare are sprayed on the stems and leaves of spring rape at 3-5 leaf stage.The results show that 30%Picloram·Clopyralid AS 270.5 g/hm^2 has a control effect of more than 70%on weeds such as Sonchus arvnensis and Cephalanoplos segetum.In addition,the yield growth rate of rape increases in the range of tested dose after the application.It is found that 30%Picloram·Clopyralid AS has a good control effect on broadleaf weeds in spring rape field with no phytotoxicity to rape.
