摘要
本研究以拆装式家具中的抽屉部分作为研究对象,分析了传统抽屉的结构,发现传统抽屉在安装时容易出现抽屉面板上下碰撞、柜体摩擦以及安装不成功等问题。通过研究现有抽屉滑动功能,发现目前只有Quadro滑轨能实现抽屉微调功能,但其调节范围有限。在此基础上,提出了一种新型的可调节T形构件,安装于抽屉前板与面板之间,直观地改进了抽屉安装时的位置偏差问题,扩大了调节的范围,并使之不依赖于滑轨。
In this paper,the drawer part of knock-down furniture is taken as the research object. Through the analysis of the structure of the traditional drawer, it is found that the traditional drawer is prone to cause a series of issues such as collision between the top and bottom drawer panel,friction of the cabinet body and difficult to install. By studying the sliding function of the existing drawer,it is found that at present only Quadro guide rail can realize the drawer micro adjustment function in spite of its limited adjustment range. On this basis,a new type of adjustable T-shaped component is put forward,which is installed between the front panel and the face panel of the drawer. It improves the position deviation of the drawer installation intuitively by expanding the adjustment range, which makes it have no dependencies on the slide rail.
