摘要
本文基于深中通道伶仃洋大桥东锚碇筑岛围堰施工,对无填料振冲法加固围堰内大面积吹填砂进行了现场试验研究。介绍了无填料振冲施工方法,并通过静力触探试验(CPT)、标准贯入度试验(SPT)、平板载荷试验对比了振冲前后吹填砂的标准贯入度、锥尖阻力、侧摩阻力和地基承载力。研究表明采用无填料振冲法处理回填砂后,标准贯入度提高了2.1倍,地基承载力提高了1.32倍。加固效果明显,振冲功效高,能够满足现场的施工要求。
Based on the construction of island cofferdam at east anchorage of Lingdingyang Bridge in Shenzhong passage,the field test is carried out for the large-area dredged-filled sand within the range of cofferdam being reinforced by using non-filling-material vibroflotation method.And the above method is introduced in detail.The standard penetration,cone tip resistance,side friction and bearing capacity of dredger-filled sand before and after the vibroflotation are compared through the cone penetration test(CPT),standard penetration test(SPT)and plate load test.The research shows that the standard penetration value and the foundation bearing capacity of the filled sand are increased by 2.1 times and 1.32 times respectively after the above method is used.The method is of obvious reinforcing and vibrating effect,and meets the construction requirements.
