摘要
以加强矿山地质灾害施工安全为目的,分析在施工过程中安全意识的培养与安全管理工作的实施。首先讨论矿山地质灾害,明确地质灾害特征与基础形式,随后总结矿山地质保护三点原则,最后从完善安全生产制度、组织安全生产培训、在施工现场开展安全管理、加强地质勘察监测力度四个方面提出建议,确保所有施工人员能够树立安全意识,以期能够提高安全管理水平。
In order to strengthen the construction safety of mine geological disasters,the cultivation of safety awareness and the implementation of safety management in the construction process are analyzed.First of all,the paper discusses the geological hazards of mines,clarifies the characteristics and basic forms of geological disasters,and then summarizes the three principles of mine geological protection.Finally,it puts forward suggestions from four aspects:improving the safety production system,organizing safety production training,carrying out safety management in the construction site,and strengthening the geological survey and monitoring,so as to ensure that all construction personnel can establish safety awareness,so as to improve safety Overall management level.
