摘要
针对热气旁通对磁悬浮离心式冷水机组卸载能力的影响进行理论分析和试验验证。结果表明:热气旁通有助于增强冷水机组的卸载能力,对机组卸载能力的增强程度随着冷凝器进水温度的升高而增大,机组最小制冷量约为额定制冷量的3%;随着热气旁通阀开度增大,机组最小制冷量降低,但由于机组功耗基本维持恒定,机组制冷性能系数持续衰减;机组稳定运行的最小制冷量受主路电子膨胀阀与热气旁通阀的协调控制、蒸发器或冷凝器液位控制、压缩机最小压比/压差限制等因素的制约。
The effect of hot-gas bypass on unloading capacity of magnetic levitating centrifugal chiller is studied theoretically and experimentally.The results show that hotgas bypass can help to enhance the unloading capacity of the chiller,and the improvement extent of unloading capacity increases as the rise of water inlet temperature of condenser.The minimum cooling capacity of unit is about 3%of the rated cooling capacity.The minimum cooling capacity of unit decreases with the increase of hot-gas valve opening,but the COPof unit decreases constantly because of nearly constant power consumption of unit.The minimum cooling capacity of unit under steady operation is limited by many factors,such as the collaboration control between mainstream EXV and hot-gas bypass valve,liquid level control of evaporator or condenser and minimum pressure ratio/pressure difference limit,etc.
