摘要
文章通过文献调研法、网络调研法和内容分析法,对英国2020 QS世界大学排行中,英美排名前30的高校的专业志愿服务情况展开调研,并根据专业志愿服务运行过程中准入、培训、激励、保障、退出等各个环节,基于生命周期视角探讨高校图书馆专业志愿服务运行机制。从准入的科学性、培训的计划性、激励的有效性、保障的持续性及参与的灵活性出发,构建完善的、良性的、可持续的专业志愿服务运行机制,形成图书馆领导、行政协调、公众参与、志愿者自律的多元主体、分责治理的专业志愿服务管理格局,为高校图书馆更好地吸引专业人士从事志愿服务提供参考。
The paper uses the methods of literature research,web research and content analysis to investigate the Pro Bono services of the top 30 universities listed in the QS World University Rankings 2020 in Britain and the U.S.Based on the life cycle of Pro Bono service operation,this study explores the operating mechanism of Pro Bono services in university libraries according to the process of admission,training,incentive,guarantee,and withdrawal system.Starting from the scientific nature of recruitment,the planned nature of training,the effectiveness of incentives,the sustainability of guarantees,and the flexibility of participation,the university libraries should build a benign and sustainable mechanism,and form a service structure with the leading of the library,cooperation of departments,participation of social forces and self-disciplined volunteer.This study provides a reference for university libraries to better attract professionals to engage in voluntary services.
