摘要
文章利用定量研究方法,以古籍数字资源为对象,构建用户使用成本、满意度与服务效能的中介关系模型。经检验,用户使用成本与用户满意度之间具有显著的负向影响,而服务效能的5个因子在两者之间起部分中介作用,包括"检索功能""服务品质""界面设计""系统性能"和"内容建设",即使用成本既可以直接作用于满意度,也可以通过服务效能的5个因子间接作用于满意度。
The article uses quantitative research method,takes digital resources of ancient books as research object,builds a hypothesis model of the relationship among user cost,user satisfaction and service effectiveness.The hypothesis model was tested by statistical analysis method.After studying,the cost of use has a significant negative effect on satisfaction,while the five factors of "retrieval function","quality of service","interface design","system performance" and "content construction" play a part in mediating between them,that is,the use cost can not only directly affects the satisfaction,but also can indirectly influence the satisfaction through the five factors of service effectiveness.
