摘要
基于有限元法对输送带覆盖层受冲击力损伤的模型进行了研究,利用实验测试值验证输送带覆盖层的材料特性,进一步确定该模型便于预测覆盖层在动载荷作用下,受力过程,变形大小和应力强度。利用仿真值创建输送带覆盖层回归模型可以预测输送带覆盖层垂直位移Uy与Fy、σmax、Ak三个参数之间的关系。利用数学统计方法,对输送带平面模型进行了评价,确定Uy变化可以用Fy、σmax、Ak三个参数来评估。
In this paper,the finite element method is used to study the impact damage model of the conveyor belt cover.The experimental test values are used to verify the material properties of the belt cover.It is determined that the model is convenient for predicting the cover layer under dynamic load,the process of deformation,the size of the deformation and the stress intensity.A regression model is established for the conveyor belt cover using the simulation values,which can predict the relationship between the vertical displacement Uy of the conveyor cover and the three parameters Fy,σmax,and Ak.The mathematical model is used to evaluate the plane model of the conveyor belt.It is determined that the Uy change can be evaluated using three parameters:Fy,σmax,and Ak.
