摘要
文章梳理了生态空间管控的相关文献,尝试构建生态空间规划管控体系。文章以黄山市中心城区横江两岸区域为例,提出生态空间管控的评价体系,并基于ArcGIS平台进行综合分析,将评价结果划分为各类控制区域。进一步地,将各类控制区域划分成生态廊道、生态斑块,并提出基本的规划控制措施。最后,本文尝试将各类生态空间落实到现行用地分类上,基于规划管控的逻辑,对各类用地提出规划建设指引。
This paper combs the relevant literature on ecological space management and control,and attempts to build an ecological space planning and control system.Taking the areas along both riverbanks of the Hengjiang River in the downtown area of Huangshan as an example,the paper puts forward an evaluation system of ecological space management and control,and performs a comprehensive analysis based on the ArcGIS platform to divide the evaluation results into various control areas.Further,various control areas are divided into ecological corridors and ecological patches,and basic planning and control measures are proposed.Finally,it tries to implement all kinds of ecological space into the current land use classification,and tries to put forward planning and construction guidelines for all kinds of land based on the logic of planning control.
