摘要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,部分城区内的传统工业厂区因功能定位与城市发展不符、对生态环境的破坏较大、用地浪费严重等一系列原因,向城市外围迁出,这种现象在资源型城市中尤为突出。而如何对留下的废旧工业厂区进行更新、改造与再利用是一个亟待解决的问题。本文从城市韧性理论出发,针对资源型城市废旧工业厂区的特点,提出对废旧工业厂区进行多样化更新与再利用;控制冗余度,提高利用率;结合优势,发挥地方特色;提高适应性与可变性;再造场地精神;生态修复等措施全面提高城市的经济、社会、生态韧性,为废旧工业厂区的更新改造提供新的视角和方式。
With the advent of industry 4.0 era, some traditional industrial factories in urban areas move out to the periphery of cities due to a series of reasons, such as incongruity with urban development, great damage to the ecological environment, serious waste of land, and so on. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in resource-based cities. How to renew, transform and reuse the old industrial factory is an urgent problem. Based on the theory of urban resilience and the characteristics of abandoned industrial plants in resource-oriented cities, this paper puts forward to renew and reutilize the abandoned factories in a diversified way, to control the redundancy and to improve utilization rate. It also suggests combining the advantages to give full play to local characteristics, improving adaptability and variability, rebuilding the place spirit and taking other measures such as ecological restoration to comprehensively improve the city’s economic, social and ecological resilience, and to provide a new perspective for the renewal and renovation of abandoned old industrial factory.
