Multi-objective optimation design of bearing in wind power tranmission system

摘要 以典型风电机组主轴传动系统构型为例,根据轴系的结构特点构建了轴系的力学模型。选择轴承的体积、寿命作为优化指标,构建多目标优化函数;综合考虑轴承内部及轴承之间的几何结构约束与性能要求,建立优化约束函数;确定优化设计变量,建立了主轴轴承优化模型。将建立的优化模型应用于某型号主轴轴系的优化设计,对比了不同优化目标下的体积、寿命的优化结果,通过RomaxDesigner进行验算,验证了模型与算法的有效性与合理性。 Taking the typical wind turbine spindle driving system configuration as an example,this paper constructs the mechanical shaft model according to the structural characteristics of shafting.It selects the volume and life of the bearing as the optimization indexes to construct the multi-objective optimization function.Then it establishes the optimization constraint function considering the geometric structure constraints and performance requirements within and between bearings.Next,this paper determines the optimization design variables and establishes the optimization model of spindle bearing.Finally,it applies the established optimization model to the optimization design of a certain type of spindle shafting,and compares the optimization results of volume and life under different optimization objectives.The results show that the validity and rationality of the model and algorithm were verified through the checking calculation of RomaxDesigner.
