摘要
古典园林是文化遗产的杰出代表,其功能在现代社会中仍有传承与发展的价值,但在城市化过程中逐渐失活。为探索其活化利用,基于功能需求与古典园林特点选取园林游赏功能、展览功能、商业功能、服务接待功能、活动功能、教育功能、情感功能为准则,分解为22项功能指标因子构建古典园林功能转化评价体系,以苏州柴园为例,采用"引申重要性—满意度"评价模型(IPA)分析调研数据,确定各功能在优势区、维持区、改进区、弱势区的位置,从而在资源有限的情况下确定功能转化的优先顺序。结果表明,柴园活动功能多为"引申重要性高-满意度低"指标,优先顺序最高,其次是商业功能,最后是展览功能和教育功能。建议通过未来的城市空间规划,保持古典园林参与社区生活与商业发展的可能性,以达到与环境协同发展的目标。
Classical gardens are outstanding representatives of cultural heritage,and their functions still have the value of inheritance and development in modern society,but they gradually lose their vitality in the process of urbanization.In order to explore its activation and utilization,based on the functional requirements and the characteristics of classical gardens,the garden tour function,exhibition function,commercial function,service and reception function,activity function,education function,and emotional function are selected as criteria,and the classical garden is broken down into 22 functional index factors.The function transformation evaluation system,taking Suzhou Chai Garden as an example,uses the"Extended Importance-Satisfaction"evaluation model(IPA)to analyze the survey data,and determine the position of each function in the superior area,maintenance area,improvement area,and disadvantaged area,so as to in the case of limited resources,determine the priority of function conversion.The results show that Chai Garden’s activity functions are mostly"highly extended importance-low satisfaction"indicators,with the highest priority,followed by commercial functions,and finally exhibition and educational functions.It is recommended to maintain the possibility of classical gardens participating in community life and commercial development through future urban spatial planning,in order to achieve the goal of coordinated development with the environment.
