摘要
茶多酚是茶叶中的一种天然生理活性物质,具有抗菌消炎、抗氧化等效果,已被广泛应用于食品、医疗、精细化工、日化等领域。本文阐述了茶多酚的组成与制备以及近几年在日用化工及食品中的应用,为茶多酚后续精深加工和产品开发提供参考。
Tea polyphenols are a kind of natural physiological active substances in tea,which have antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects.Tea polyphenols are widely used in various fields such as food,medical,fine chemicals and daily chemicals.The composition and preparation of tea polyphenols are described in this paper.And in recent years,the application in daily chemical industry provides reference for the subsequent deep processing and product development of tea polyphenols.
